Document Administration

The document administration panel provides several advanced administrative actions. Different options may be available depending on the status of document. See comments within the panel for details on each action.

Lock Content

The Lock content function restricts page editing by using native Confluence restrictions. A space administrator can manually remove the restrictions if required.

Once a Document is Started, standard processing is done via the primary workflow screens.

Occasionally special administration actions may be needed and are accessible via the Doc Admin menu of the Document Management dialog.

Note that the list of Administrative actions available is dependent on the current status of the document.
