Signature Administration

Signature Admin provides several advanced functions to be used to administer signatures on a specific page. See comments within the panel for details.

Lock Content

The Lock content function restricts page editing by using native Confluence restrictions. A space administrator can manually remove the restrictions if required.

Once a Document is Started, standard processing is done via the primary workflow screens. Occasionally special administration actions may be needed (e.g. Obsoleting a Revision, Suspending Training).

These actions can be performed by Owners or Administrators from the Administration menu in the Document dialog. The available actions will change depending on the on the current status of the document.
