We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Cloud Service. By using these products, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Personal Information Collection And Use
The eSign apps do not Operationally store any personally identifiable information outside of the Atlassian infrastructure. User names and e-mail addresses are accessed temporarily in order to complete signatures and send event notifications. All communications with this personal data are encrypted in transit, and as stated above are not persistently stored.
Administration and Support Contact Info
While requesting support we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
Server Analytics
Like many site operators, we collect analytic data that your browser sends to the servers when you interact with the Cloud Services. The collected data does not contain any personally identifiable information, and is not traceable to specific individuals.
Specifically:
No tracking cookies are used by the eSign cloud services of any kind
Every device’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address is anonymized before being forwarded to analytics
No usernames, e-mail addresses exist in any of the web page paths or URL’s
This anonymized data is aggregated and analyzed with third party services such as Google Analytics.
Support Communications
Personal information provided to eSign for licensing, support or feedback may be used to contact you for follow-up. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information") and e-mail address. Your contact information will never be provided to, shared with or sold to any third party companies without your prior permission.
Cookies
The eSign product does not use tracking cookies.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
