Access Document Search from a variety of locations to view eSign Document enabled pages. The search view will show page type, title, status, plus document type, control ID and revision. Documents in active review will also show users waiting on Review.
Search can be filtered by content (title or text within the page), Doc Control ID, Status and User Role (Review, Training, Owner).
Search All Documents
Access from Apps > eSign Documents to see all Documents within all spaces. Limited to pages the current user has access to view.
Find Documents in a Space
Access the eSign Documents link from the Space menu to search for all Documents within that space. Optionally restrict by filters to refine results.
Search My Documents
Access from User Profile > My Documents to see all documents the current user is involved in as Reviewer, Trainee, or Owner.
Document Search Macro
Add the eSign Search macro to any page for extensive search and flexible filtering.
Document Search Macro Configuration
Configure the macro through the standard options panel.
Space
User Role can be used to customize the results to show Signatures the current user has Signed, is waiting to Sign (Pending), or is an Owner of.
Status filters by Signature page state ‘Open’, ‘Pending’, ‘Final’

Filter by Labels
Labels representing the Document Type are automatically created and tagged on Documents. Labels are lower case without spaces. See below for examples, or check the labels assigned to pages within the environment to confirm.
