Signature Search
Access Signature search from Apps > eSign Search or User Profile > My Signatures to search for Signatures across confluence. Filters are available for space, user role and signature status .
Signature Search Macro
Add the eSign Search macro to any page for extensive search and flexible filtering.
Macro Configuration
Configure the macro through the standard options panel.
Space
User Role can be used to customize the results to show Signatures the current user has Signed, is waiting to Sign (Pending), or is an Owner of.
Status filters by Signature page state ‘Open’, ‘Pending’, ‘Final’
Label

CQL Clause | Description |

Ancestor=<ContentID> | Limit to pages in the page tree under the provided confluence page. |

Label Based Reporting
The auto-label feature of eSign will tag all pages interacted with by eSign as follows:
Label | Description |
---|---|
esign-open | eSign has been started |
esign-pending | Invites have been sent and are outstanding |
esign-final | eSign has been finalized (no more signatures) for this page |
With these labels, the Content by Label and Content Report macros built in to Confluence can be used to search and display eSign related content.
Content Report Table
Add the Content Report Table macro to display a report for pages labelled with esign-open, esign-pending or esign-final. Optionally limit to a specific space.
