Signature Search and Reporting
Signature Search
Access Signature Search from a variety of locations to view Confluence pages with Signatures. The search view will show page type, title and space, plus eSign Status, eSign last updated date, Signature and Pending Invite counts, as well as list of users who have Signed or are Pending to Sign.
Search can be filtered by content (title or text within the page), eSign Status (Open, Pending, Final) and/or User Role (Signed, Pending, Owner).
All Signatures
Access from Apps > eSign Search to see all pages with signatures within the Confluence app. Limited to pages the current user has access to view.
My Signatures
Access from User Profile > My Signatures to see all signatures the current user is involved in: Signed, Pending, or Owner.
Space Signatures
Access from Space Settings > Signatures to see all pages with signatures within the space
Signature Search Macro
Add the eSign Search macro to any page for extensive search and flexible filtering.
Macro Configuration
Configure the macro through the standard options panel.
Space
User Role can be used to customize the results to show Signatures the current user has Signed, is waiting to Sign (Pending), or is an Owner of.
Status filters by Signature page state ‘Open’, ‘Pending’, ‘Final’

CQL Examples
CQL Clause | Description |

Label Based Reporting
The auto-label feature of eSign will tag all pages interacted with by eSign as follows:
Label | Description |
|---|---|
esign-open | eSign has been started |
esign-pending | Invites have been sent and are outstanding |
esign-final | eSign has been finalized (no more signatures) for this page |
With these labels, the Content by Label and Content Report macros built in to Confluence can be used to search and display eSign related content.
Content Report Table
Add the Content Report Table macro to display a report for pages labelled with esign-open, esign-pending or esign-final. Optionally limit to a specific space.
