Digital Rose Inc ("us", "we", or "our") operates the eSign service at https://esign-app.com (the "Product"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the eSign product.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Product. By using the Product, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personal Information Collection And Use

The eSign apps do not Operationally store any personally identifiable information outside of the Atlassian infrastructure. User names and e-mail addresses are accessed temporarily in order to complete signatures and send event notifications. All communications with this personal data are encrypted in transit, and as stated above are not persistently stored.

Administration and Support Contact Info

While using our Product, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

Server Analytics

Like many site operators, we collect analytic data that your browser sends to the servers when you interact with the Product. The collected data does not contain any personally identifiable information, and is not traceable to specific individuals.

Specifically:

• No tracking cookies are used by the eSign web application or servers of any kind

• Every device’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address is anonymized before being forwarded to analytics

• No usernames, e-mail addresses exist in any of the web page paths or URL’s

This anonymized data is aggregated and analyzed with third party services such as Google Analytics.

Support Communications

Personal information provided to eSign for licensing, support or feedback may be used to contact you for follow-up. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information") and e-mail address. Your contact information will never be provided to, shared with or sold to any third party companies without your prior permission.

Cookies

The eSign product does not use tracking cookies.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of Dec 01, 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
