Digital Rose has adopted the Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions as the standard EULA for all eSign apps. The full agreement is linked below followed by provider-specific terms.

Scope
The following Digital Rose apps are in the scope of this agreement as “Cloud Services”.

Provider-Specific Terms
“Digital Rose” means Digital Rose Inc., a Canadian corporation headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta.
Provider notices within the scope of this agreement will be delivered via email to support@esign-app.com.
Digital Rose has the right to use the Customer name and/or logos for commercial purposes and inclusion in a customer list. Customers may request to be excluded from the list.
Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement.
