Document Approval Record (PDF)

eSign Document management will automatically capture a PDF copy of the Document Approval Record when the Document is released. This PDF is attached to the released revision. It includes information on the page version that was approved, all document meta data, reviewers/approvers, signature verification, and an Audit trail of all actions taken during the review process.

  • Each Release Copy of a document (ie. Every approved revision)will have its own PDF Approval record attached.
