Request Signature Verification from the Signature panel’s Verify button.

The certificate will display selected Issue and Signature information, and will automatically verify the integrity signatures against the current status of the Issue.

Disable Field level verification (in https://digitalrose.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ESIGN/pages/122159105 ) to exclude issue field checks and claims from the certificate.

If the issue was modified (e.g. attachment added) after a signature was captured, the signature certificate will highlight which signatures failed verification.

To resolve the problem, contact the signees and ask them to re-sign the Jira issue with the updated content. The certificate reassesses signature verification every time it is generated.

Print/Save Certificate

Use the browser print ( CTRL+P ) functionality to display a printable rendering of the certificate. Optionally use “Save as PDF” to save a PDF version.
